We do not own all of the equipment we provide for any given job, which allows us to specify gear that is appropriate for your event versus forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
Your responsibility is to impart accurate information about your event to our Technical Director. Once all the pertinent event details are known our Technical Director will develop an audio-visual plan to meet these goals. The plan will involve a site visit to the event location to develop an exact template for the event. A Scope of Work document will be developed which will encapsulate the event goals along with the audio-visual details supporting the event. Load in, rehearsal, live stream video broadcast testing, show and load out time schedules will also be included in this document.
The staff provided will work in their area of expertise (e.g., a studio-trained musician has training to hear the different frequencies of the audio spectrum). From lighting directors, video playback and operation, live stream video broadcast, every detail staffed by knowledgeable professionals to give you a pristine look and sound.
